Bolton Aviation (KTZR)

Stayed 2 nights with a Piper Warrior. The overnight charge was the advertised $10 per night, and fuel pricing matched what was posted as well. The fuel request sheet in the FBO was handy, so there was no waiting around to speak with somebody. The front counter was empty most of the time though. Seems like one linewoman was covering it and probably handling a bunch of other airport duties too. I finally caught her at the desk briefly right before departure so I could settle up.

Awesome service with self serve and full service fuel. The staff was super friendly. Big, comfortable FBO with coffee too. Highly recommended.

Note the full serve price is correctly listed and shows fee/tax. When I asked price ramp guy quoted the lower one. Still good stop and fine people.

Excellent FBO and personal, Stop for fuel and food, eatery was close but FBO had a courtesy car, we went to dine at a close by restaurant while our plane was fueled.

Good stop and super cordial folks! Flew in last Friday in an SR22 for a nearby business meeting. Asked about timing for an Uber and was offered the crew car even though I was going to be gone for several hours. Fine FBO and very handy location to Columbus. Highly suggest!

Must have caught them on an off day. First visit, and I picked this airport because of the fuel and reviews. Once I was taxiing in, there was no guidance about where to park. I headed toward the other aircraft, spotted a few parking lines, and then a guy came out of the hangar, waving directions with hand motions that looked like he was mixing cake batter. I finally figured it out and taxied to the empty tarmac, where the lines only became visible up close. The line guys came out after I had parked. No assistance...C experience. I still have no idea whether they can talk.

Worth the journey! Very fine FBO and facilities. Personnel is welcoming and professional. You must dine at JP's bbq. Food is wonderful and staff/owner is super friendly and hospitable. Cannot say enough good things about JP's.

Hours changed I think they now leave 7 PM. Also much static from business Aviation they removed crew lounge. Unlike 80% of Airports that do not offer 24 hour service they do not possess a key code or pad to access terminal so no restrooms unless JPs is open. Over by self serve fuel they have bathrooms .

Service with a smile is how to describe TZR. Wonderful people and very fair overnight rates. Don’t forget to tip your linemen!
