Avoid low-level overflights of residential areas.
Extensive helicopter operations on and adjacent to west ends of the parallel twys, no early turnouts.

Landing Fee: Commercial aircraft & operators of aircraft with an faa certified max gross landing weight that exceeds 10000 lbs are required to pay a landing fee.
Migratory flocksof waterfowl on & in vicinity of airport.
Multiple const cranes 110 ft AGL or below located 2700 ft SW of runway 25 thld.
Noise abatement procedures in effect. call 503-460-4100 or 800-938-6647.
Noise sensitive areas border the airport west and south.
