Just returned from our journey to Tampa. We normally go to TPA, but finished up flying to Pete O Knight because of runway closures at TPA. What a wonderful experience. Small town airport in a large city. 15 minutes from our airport hotel. Very welcoming personnel. We took on 20 gallons of fuel and they waived all charges including overnight costs. How can you not appreciate this spot? We will certainly return.

$50/night for a twin. One night waived with 20 gallon purchase. FBO staff Go Rentals car were good as usual. Clearance can be reached on ground with handheld and aircraft radio 119.8.

Stayed here for a weekend. Called ahead to confirm availability of a tie-down, especially since we landed after 11:00 PM. We parked on the ramp between Atlas and Sarasota Avionics, and I emailed and called to leave a VM asking them to move the plane or to call me to come do so the next day. Sure enough, when I called them in the morning, they assured me that my Arrow had been moved to a tie-down for the duration of our visit. Good, helpful service, and certainly a fine selection on the Tampa side of the bay.

Atlas never disappoints. These folks are awesome. Very helpful, happy to see every plane and pilot. I love flying into this airport.

TPA approach very welcoming and simple to deal with. Supportive in transition to landing. Atlas is a superb FBO. Very welcoming personnel. Waived overnight charge with modest fuel purchase. Selection of overnight spot provided. CFI's on site welcoming and prepared to give viewpoint on local departure paths (VFR/IFR) and contact freq. be mindful of the towers southeast, and caution of Macdill airspace and tfc pattern 04/36 KTPF is a simple fast airport for access to Tampa. Will always come back here with a smile.

Super awesome FBO. Good group of people and always take fantastic care of us. We fly in to here a couple times a month, single piston - PA32. Ramp fee is $20 and waived with 10g. Overnight is $30, 1st night waived with 10g. The location is on Davis Island and the area is absolutely beautiful. You can pick up a clearance on the ground with Tampa depending on where you’re at on the field. You may end up having to depart VFR and pick up your clearance in the air (did that today).

Staff were very welcoming and waived the overnight tie down charge with a top up on fuel (fair prices compared to South Florida). Made the journey simple.
