March 25, 2025Dropped in unexpectedly because of weather. FBO was quite quick to top off my tanks so I could visit the vending machines and the lav. Helicopter company here. Very neat to watch them come and go

May 8, 2022Landed due to a voltage issue and the airport manager who is also an IA jumped in to figure out what the problem was. I was back in the air in a couple of hours. They provided me a crew car to go get food while I waited.. Troy airport was the epitome of what customer service ought to be.
