MIRL's dim especially in lower visibility and/or hazy days. Runway striping is nearly invisible due to black mold or similar substance and wear. Taxiway signs either not illuminated or poorly lit in 3 positions. A number of taxiway lights burnt out and many lights are dim due to dirt infiltration from fire ants. Single stall potty as mentioned by Tim A is operable, clean, with a sink and flush toilet. Perfectly fine for non-snowflake types.
