Reliance Aviation Miami (KTMB)

Unfriendly, unpleasant, and overpriced. Nobody helped clear away the cones and chocks on the day we departed. The pricing advertised here is not accurate-$60 PER night for a C182. "The cost went up, be happy we didn't charge you a facility fee." The lady behind the counter really ought to find another job. Use a different FBO at TMB.

My first visit here in my Vision Jet. The ramp crew and Maria with her coworkers inside gave me outstanding customer service. LFT my next trip.

Good FBO, however shower facility is really just the employee shower at the back of the hangar. Still would come back.

Good experience, flew in with a C182, Reliance had arranged a rental vehicle that was brought to the plane right after parking. Fair charges ($30 overnight parking, ramp fee waived with fuel purchase).

They were supposed to open at 6am local. Instead, they didn’t open until 6:20 when I tried to get ahold of them for fuel. Of course I wanted to know how much longer it was going to take since it was already 20 minutes late. An irritated guy answered in a curt tone and said, “I don’t know, we just got here.” Is it somehow my fault you were late?

I’ve been to this FBO several times in the past 6 months. It’s the least customer-friendly I’ve observed in 20 years of flying-slow service, uninterested personnel. Thought it was just me and copilot until my passenger asked if there was a superior option. I mentioned they have CAA, and she said, “We can put up with them for the cheaper fuel.” That communicates everything.

I fly into Reliance decently often, and have always had a fine experience. The line staff are super nice and the charges aren't bad at all, especially considering how costly Miami tends to be. Overall, if I'm going to Miami, this is the FBO I've chosen every time.

Front desk ladies have bad attitudes. And they don't have water bottles for paying customers after paying lots of money for services. Terrible fbo and will not be back
