I got there around 30 minutes after my scheduled time. Nobody was around to help with parking, and the little office at IFC-North was empty too. I called the number they had listed, and they sent someone over to take us to their main office. The difference between the two places was night and day. The main FBO was roomy, had very clean restrooms, and there was a lounge area with coffee, soft drinks, and water. They also had a good selection of snacks. The lady at the counter was very nice and got us through the rental car forms pretty quickly.

Called ahead for late arrival. (10:30 PM). The Gate was supposed to be left open according to front desk. It was left locked. No call back from the main number. Had to jump over the fence to get out of the building. No apologies after I called the next morning.
