Not simple to locate the counter (way end of the elevated aviation deck) but very welcoming personnel. After purchasing fuel for our C182, we obtained a crew vehicle to acquire some food and collect our rental car. You must park in the "large parking" zone if you desire assistance from Rabbit.

Above & Beyond! The Rabbit staff are superb! I needed to fly my son (40) into SQL for out-patient surgery from KTRK, and then back the same day with his lower leg in a cast. J.D. was very helpful discussing the ground choices. It was too long to utilize a crew car, but they offered to drive us both ways. I chose to rent a car for more adaptability. Adam pre-arranged w/the County so that he could bring the vehicle plane-side, and then assisted my son get in the Cirrus backseat w/1 good leg. Much appreciated!
