Sheltair delivered superb service during our visit to Albert Whitted. We were chocked right upon arrival, greeted with a smile, and everything ran smoothly. The line crew was friendly and professional throughout. Fueling before departure was quick and well coordinated, with zero delays. Good experience all around — we’ll return!

Was there for a couple days with my SR22. Superb assistance from the ramp staff to the reception area. Fran located me a rental car at crew rate few days prior to my arrival when I called to announce my trip. As with most Sheltair FBO's you won't be let down. I will come back for certain !

We unexpectedly had to spend the night due to maintenance. Sheltair helped us figure out where to tie down the plane for repair overnight, gave us a ride from the maintenance hangar to the FBO, find a hotel, and made the unexpected stay as smooth and simple as possible. Wonderful customer service, reasonable fuel prices and the restaurant on the second floor is a fantastic addition. 10/10 would recommend.

Staff was friendly and accommodating. Rental car was behind our plane within minutes of our arrival. Plane was tied down and chocked shortly thereafter. Despite the fact we flew in with our PA32, my wife and I were treated like owners of a Falcon 900.

Came in post hurricane apocalypse and all is fine. I have nothing but good things to say about Sheltair. Francesca at the desk can take a bad day and suddenly make it seem worthwhile.
