2nd visit, same poor service. Both times our plane sat for 50 min before anyone ramped it. Nobody appeared busy, and nobody bothered with an update. When we asked when it might be brought out, they said they weren’t sure. We ended up pulling our own chocks both times. Line personnel were just standing around by the office/hangar, acting like they didn’t care. Sad-I hate leaving negative comments.

Good rampers and CSRs here! We arrived late in a Beech Debonair, & upon landing we were marshaled in quickly. They fueled our plane and they offered to park it in the extra space in the hangar for the night. Departing was just as simple, and they had the aircraft pulled out on the ramp for when we arrived.

Another -good- experience at Atlantic SLC! Fine service from the line guys having my car pulled up to (propellor) plane, to confirming hangar space to waiving what fees they could based on fuel (I took 40g). Yes fuel is expen$ive, but the $3/delta/gallon for the convenience and service is a no brainer for me. Thank you I'll be back!

Far exceeded my hopes. They assisted getting a rental car, kept my plane for a week and had it on the line, fueled, and prepared to go on our departure day! I called several times throughout the week and they quickly answered the phone and met my requests. (Had oxygen filled etc). Super fine facility and first class service!!! I will return!

And an addendum-- we discovered dents in the elevators from them backing the plane into girders. Of course they refuse any accountability. Along with denying responsibility for losing the covers and possibly harming the front wheel. Even in this time where service has become an afterthought this location hits a new low.

Good service at this FBO overall, except for one issue. While fueling, the fueler placed our fuel cap on the ground with the gasket side down. There was a small amount of grit on the gasket, so I told the fueler not to do that again.

Showed up unannounced on a busy and lovely Saturday morning in my Skylane and was greeted by a welcoming and professional team and welcomed into the spotless and well equipped facility. Nominal charges and superb assistance. Thank you crew

Completely incompetent workers. Had our 737 parked on the ramp for an early 4:30 departure. We were told stairs were up at the plane, walked out, there were no stairs connected. Had to go back inside and ask for the stairs to be connected. When we were ready to leave, no workers to Marshall us out. Had to call for them to come back. Marshall era tried to wave us out before our engines were even started and didn't understand to give us the signal to start.

The line somehow lost all of my covers (2 engine, 2 pitot and 2 static) between the hour it was parked on the ramp and when it was pulled into the hangar. It was plausible when they blamed it on the weather. But as I taxied I could barely maintain directional control and had to muscle it onto the ramp to find they had somehow turned the nosewheel around. Hard to blame the weather on that one. "Not my fault" type of people. Try signature.
