Came thru at 2:30am. It was quite clear everyone was weary. But in spite of that, the personnel were really attentive, cordial, and useful. Got a couple hours of rest in a crew lounge they gave to me at zero charge before heading back out early. And once more, early in the morning, they were cordial, attentive, and very useful. One fellow still there from when we showed up. The fancy coffee machine they possessed got me thru the flight back home.

Signature is very hit or miss. Today was a miss. The front desk person could not operate the credit card input device. Instead he claimed my company Visa card was "declined". (I use it every day for fuel and services across the US and Canada and my limit is $100k.) But this guy kept entering my card number incorrectly. This was confirmed by Visa when I called them. My FO had to pay for our LAV service. This has only happened before at Signature San Diego.

Had a good experience here with our SR20. Fair handling fee even when there was a 49er Game going on. They didn't charge extra for our GA piston, took us with the cart to our plane which wasn't parked that far. Some remarks were about not having vending machines or snacks which is true as I would have loved a soda but my co-pilot liked the fine coffee machine. I can do without snacks for a non-exorbitant landing fee during a game day. Thanks for making us feel welcome as a prop plane!

CSR Liam was very helpful in preparation of a document and email. Loved the friendly attitude and smile.

I’m finished with Signature at San Jose. Even though we are JtX members, they cannot ever manage that correctly for us and we consistently get charged the full cost. “Well, we’ll discuss it with the manager” but it never gets resolved. And this occasion they boxed our plane in so there was a significant hold up to get us departing.

Good facility, had been coming for many years and they always treated me fine but I was informed that the nightly fees for a GA single engine were now $90/night which is considerably higher than other Signature locations. When you total all the fees combined for a small aircraft it's just not practical.

Had a sound experience this weekend. We seemed to be the only GA traffic they had but they treated us like the big boys. Used a crew car both stops in and their charges were fair with even superior service.

Friendly service. Spotless. What kind of FBO of this supposed caliber does not even have a vending machine??!! For this specific reason I will not be returning.

I occasionally fly into SJC in my Malibu and stay for a day or two. Until now I felt Signature was a fair deal for a full service FBO. Avgas was $8.95/gallon but with fuel purchase they didn't charge other fees (except an $8 "infrastructure" fee which might be an airport imposed charge). Today I was charged $11.35/gallon. That's a 2.40/gal price increase, a complete surprise! And they also forgot to fuel my plane (this happened twice in a row). Time to look into alternative FBOs and/or airports.

Excellent treatment in my single engine piston aircraft. Reasonable full serve fuel costs for a large international airport. Fees and one night tiedown waived with only a 10 gallon fuel purchase. Definitely prefer Signature to the “other“ FBO on the field. I’ve tried both. Thank you for being friendly to small piston general aviation aircraft. I’ll be back soon.
