Atlantic Aviation provided exceptional service when I flew an Angel Flight mission to and from SJC. The secret is to call ahead with arrival and departure info. Even though SJC required PPR because of the 49er-Jets game, they were able to slot me in and issued the PPR when I called to confirm. Good facilities and friendly, helpful staff.

Flew in to collect a family member arriving commercial. Called ahead, very welcoming upon arrival. Courtesy car was available to collect her from terminal. Cessna 210. Purchase 10 gallons or more to waive handling fee.

Fueled our beechjet with negative and refused to take responsibility for it. The line guy said I told him negative when in fact my other pilot is the one who gave the fuel load. Outrageous.

Disappointed. Came for a few days and made my departure time clear thru the website. When I came to depart, plane was as far as possible from the FBO and there was ample room to have moved the aircraft closer. No assistance with luggage either. Also the only FBO I've been to where bottled water was not available. Had to go to vending machine to purchase bottled water prior to departure

Good personnel. Good amenities. First time seeing an FBO with a fitness center. Only minor issue was the snooze room was a bit on the warm side. Lots of crew cars available. Can’t go wrong with the Atlantic Camry

Good service, flew in a C172 from Fullerton and was greeted by a follow me truck on arrival. Linemen were good and the front desk was very helpful with my questions before departure. Would certainly return.

Good service. They parked me (Cirrus SR22T) right by the front door and had me fueled and ready to depart quickly. Thank you, especially, for the considerable fuel reduction for my Angel Flight transport.
