They hit you with a $50 "security fee" every time, even if you're only stopping for fuel.

Came in 3x in 2 days. Line guys marshaled us in and drove off without assisting with baggage all 3 times, including the 3rd which was after I spoke with front desk about not being helped. After placing a fuel order the day before, was told by desk personnel that they "didn't know" if they fueled our plane, and asked me to go check, again with no ride to/from the airplane. If they were unsure they should have gone to confirm it (they did indeed forget). Would only recommend for CAA/inexpensive fuel.

We selected this FBO, although their fuel costs were greater because we held a high degree of hopes for the support we would get. They did not let us down. From pre-arrival bookings, to the line personnel meeting us at the edge of the taxi way with the follow me. Rental cars brought to the plane. Superb facilities and very cordial staff. Plane staged and prepared to depart. Thanks.

Thanks to the line team for getting us on line in a hurry this morning. Everett especially did a fine job doing all he was qualified to do. Sharp young guy who really cares.

GOVT FUEL. CALL AHEAD FOR GAS

Stopped in for a week in an SR22T. Smallest plane on the ramp. Dozens of jets parked around us. Line guys were prompt and helpful. Front desk was courteous and helpful. Used their crew car. Came back midweek to update the databases. They drove me out to the parking area and waited while I did the update. Fuel was the best price on the field here too. Good job Jet Aviation! First class. Thanks for working with the little guys.

Charged us a $2500.00 landing fee from the airport to just drop off 5 mins in a citation 550. Plus an extra $362.65 security fee and it’s only a drop off no services needed because they have no ramp space. On a Wednesday before Super Bowl weekend.

Sadly the fuel prices in Scottsdale are so out of touch with reality. Sadly, this fine airport has a philosophy Pay or don’t come here.
