Atlantic lost my business yesterday. First time into this airport, I taxied over to Atlantic and there was nobody there to guide me in. Finally somebody showed up, was impatient, rude, and just left me sitting on the taxiway. I called Jet Aviation on frequency. The lady said, "come on over, we will help you". Jet Aviation's line guy came out to help, and even called Go Rentals to get a rental car brought over to me quick. I know it's a busy airport and Atlantic has a lot of business, but they lost mine today...

Have used Atlantic a few times. Good facility. This last occasion I just dropped off a passenger and was about to depart. They requested that I come inside and provide them credit card details. 67.00 just to stop in a single engine plane and let one passenger out. There must be a superior method. Steer clear of this location. They are a rip off for single engine planes.

I stopped here for fuel on an XC trip. I called ahead and was told there was a landing fee but it was waived considering I was just in a 172. After getting the fuel receipt, it showed a security fee that was never disclosed. I understand that the fee is mandatory but the absence of disclosure is not valued.

This location is the finest. Superb assistance, fair fuel costs and the eatery nearby is truly outstanding… I suggest the Asian chicken salad :)

Stopped to drop off an Angel Flight passenger. As noted before they wanted a $15 security fee for a piston and a $45 handling fee, which was waived when I bought 15 gallons at their high prices. Basically they don't want pistons there and it shows.

Spent 4.5 hours in a moderate washing machine flying in from OKC. We were worn out upon arrival. The people at Atlantic couldn't have been kinder. They quickly fueled the plane and offered us ice cold water as soon as we walked in.

Ever since Atlantic moved in service has declined steadily. We travel into SDL 1-2 times a week….and the service here continues to move in the wrong direction. Disorganization and confusion are common practices now with the line folks. We purchase around 500gal of jet a weekly….will take our business elsewhere.
