Stopped by for a fast lunch with my daughter, who goes to UCSB. We were on the ramp about 2 hours. Topped the tanks and still got slapped with a $68 handling fee for a light twin (DA42). I was told my $125 fuel buy didn’t clear their minimum. Nobody ever touched the airplane or "handled" it at all. Just feels excessive.

My initial visit to KSBA and stayed 2 evenings with my RV-14A. I requested to have my portable oxygen tank topped off. I was surprised when Signature charged me $246 for the refill. The maximum I have previously paid is $45. I dispatched them a message and the response showed one cost with no thought for a small portable oxygen tank or a jet plane's complete setup. Request a price estimate on all services from this FBO.

Signature self service not available as it was on Atlantic's ramp who was "too busy" to allow self serve this weekend.

DA62, bought 28g Jet-A at $7.95 and was still charged $80 "handling" fee.

I flew in for lunch in Nov, '23 in my Piper Archer and had good, welcoming service from Tabitha. Though crew cars were all checked out, she drove me and my 2 kids a few miles to a fine deli she recommended, then offered to pick us up afterwards. Very kind people and a nice facility.

Just a note to tack onto my prior comment.... I emailed about a week before to ask for parking details, handling fees, and the minimum fuel you have to buy. They never bothered to answer.

Good FBO, bravo fuel program has about a $2 reduction on Jet and free to enroll. For an eclipse its $200 handling charge waived with 80 gallons of fuel. $80 a night and $30 facility charge

Flew C172 on a saturday in November. Signature shuttled us directly from our plane to the main terminal where we had reserved a rental car. They fueled us up while we were in the city enjoying a fine afternoon. Checkout was simple when we returned. Only charged $7 city mandated fee and waived the $26 parking fee with buying more than 10 gallons of gas.

No warm feelings from our stop. Had to radio from the taxiway and wait a bit to get a line person to marshal us to parking ; he took our fuel order and drove away to leave my mother to walk across the ramp. Business only inside, not unfriendly but no sense they wanted me to come back. Would not suggest.
