Big 5-star shout out to the crew at Atlantic Aviation SBA. We came up from VNY this morning in our Baron to grab brunch in Goleta at The Ellwood, the new version of The Beachside Cafe, which has been gone since COVID. The Atlantic folks were awesome from line service to the gals at the desk, and they gave us a crew car so we could run to the beach. When we got back, the mains had been topped off with 100LL like we asked, and we were on our way. The Ellwood was excellent too - great food and service. We’ll be back!

Visited in our Arrow III and everyone was so courteous from the line guys to Ajha, who assisted us pay and obtain a crew car.

Awesome service. Polite personnel. Checked out a crew vehicle which was a brand new Honda accord. I will certainly come back.

Good FBO. CSR staff are helpful. Really fine facilities. Wish they had a GoRental desk. Got the Chevy Tahoe crew car which was basically brand new

Landed here during Government Shutdown, very accommodating Controllers considering they are understaffed, they do a fine job. Very busy with lots of SEP and training. Have a look at the unpublished VFR flightroutes if you want to help with noise abatement. They are visible at the fbos. Atlantic was good and the women at the front desk went above and beyond to assist me with oil for my SR22. Unfortunately they don't have 20W50 on site.

Very good amenities and personnel. Even though we were in a Trinidad TB-20 we were treated like a business jet. Rental car was prepared. Marshalled in to park upon arrival, quickly and accurately fueled. Top quality throughout. Fuel cost was fair. There was an overnight ramp charge (security etc) totally $30. Busy location, but they took fine care of us. We were the only piston they had on the ramp while we were there.

Atlantic frequently closes the ramp to piston aircraft. The only other choice is Signature, which also has more affordable fuel--plus self serve which gives you free parking on their ramp.

Very fine people. Superb new facility. I purchased some fuel and they dropped some of the charges automatically.
