Signature Aviation (KSAF)

I had my piston single parked at signature for the past few days and the experience was really good. The line crew, along with Karen at the front desk, were helpful and friendly. We went with self serve fuel out of habit, though they offer a weekend full-service discount at the same self-serve price. What a huge improvement over a year ago, when the construction had the place feeling like a madhouse. Looking forward to coming back!

No Government Contract here. ForeFlight has it wrong, and the Aircard app is wrong too. Atlantic holds the government contract.

I dislike being critical especially during building, but did not have a fine experience with signature today in a G36. They parked us a 3min walk from the fbo which I don't mind but my clients certainly did. Had one fellow marshaling everyone in, handling fuel orders, and fueling the airliners. We were certainly last priority. They have a cheaper hangar fee than Atlantic, but they also have apparently damaged our tow pins two times now. Would not suggest for a fast turn.

Always friendly, although the ramp is somewhat of a mess. They will be moving to a new facility sometime in 2026/7 to make way for the terminal to expand. They pump fuel from the truck for the self-service price on weekends.

This is my go-to stop. We always receive excellent service. The line crew and folks at the counter are great every single time we come through.

Be careful dealing with these people. They billed me for 73.3 gallons of fuel. My 182 only holds 55 gallons (and I had used just 25), so I have no idea how they came up with that number. Makes you wonder what else they’re careless about?

Use 129.075 for air-to-ground. 122.95 will get you to Atlantic.

Fine facility, welcoming personnel. 100LL is somewhat costly but the good counter CSRs provided us a reduction so we did not need to manage with 2 hot starts. Very valued!
