Came by Atlantic for the first time. Beautiful facility, and the bathrooms were nice. They loaned me their crew car so I could go grab a bite at the Mexican spot, and that was fantastic. On the way back, I noticed the crew car was only half full, so I filled it up as a courtesy. When I got back to get in the plane, they handed me a bill for $60.40. I looked at the girl and said, "Why did I even fill up your car?" She replied, "I don't know." So folks, I'd call first, because it was a nice place, but not worth it at all.

We landed in Santa Fe with a storm brewing just to the north and blowing in, we were greeted by two young women who were quick to help us unload and secure our plane. Once in the FBO that is nicely appointed, we met the owner Troy and his dog Luna. Everyone was very accommodating to help us with finding a hotel, ground transportation etc. Not to mention the coffee machine, popcorn and some treats! We look forward to coming back again.

I fly in and out of here several times a year and cannot express enough how wonderful their customer service is. This is in the top 3 (perhaps finest) FBO I have arrived at. Everyone from the line personnel to the inside representatives, are superb! Strongly suggest utilizing them when you fly in.

We made an emergency diversion to Santa Fe and found the Jet Center FBO. It turned out to be the finest part of our day. The personnel and owner of Jet Center went above and beyond to make sure our crew and passengers were comfortable while the amazing maintenance team stepped aside from their busy work load and assist to resolve our issue. Jet Center is pretty much toast. Atlantic's still solid, which is good. The ramp, though, is a disaster. If you're in a piston single, don't expect a close-in spot — you're probably getting parked way out.

This is not the wonderful "Jet Center" we've appreciated, it's the same structure with Atlantic Aviation ownership. With many arrivals the fine ground crew suggested it would be at least 20 minutes before they could assist me. With that time frame I used their very fine washroom and chose to leave. The front office was very understanding and thought I would only be assessed the standard $15 security fee. My total invoice with tax amounted to $70. It was a very fine washroom though.

I called them for ramp tiedown pricing super nice gal help me out. $10 a night. It was not shown on for flight so I thought I'd add it here.

Had a LightHawk mission departing from KSAF today (6/18/2025) and even with the construction on their ramp the service was as superb as always. My passengers could park at the FBO, we were welcomed by the helpful staff, the facility is top-notch and fueling was fast and fair. This FBO does everything to make flying pleasant, would not go to any other location.

Picked up two Angelflight passengers at Santa Fe Jet this week. We got the same fast, cordial superb service as always. You cannot go wrong using Santa Fe Jet even if you are a member of the piston class, you still leave thinking these folks really want my patronage. All the personnel is fine.
