Quiet little airport. Bob and the young lady behind the counter at the FBO were as pleasant as they could be. FBO is clean and simple. They had a courtesy car, and permitted us to take it overnight. Since I was there to meet my CDT hiking friends, the little SUV was very good to have. If you stay overnight, the Fairfield Inn is fine. The Aspen House is good for a fine dinner, come as you are. Great steaks.

These folks are the finest! Stopped for fuel early in the afternoon in my RV6. Bob met the plane with the fuel truck prepared just as I taxied in. My plan was a fast stop for fuel then proceed east. While fueling, we observed the sky and weather which had begun arriving. Bob kindly offered to hanger the plane for the evening and supply a crew car. He also gave me good pointers for both dinner and lodging. We had just a wonderful rustic and genuine stop. Superb!

Stop going and again last night. Good service, Thank you. Shared a airport car with family that runs FBO at Reno Stead, to get down and back to hotel. Had a fine meal at the west end of town. Micheal’s big city steak house.

Unexpectedly fine stop! I stopped for fuel. The lineman was very cordial and helpful. Inside the lounge was nicely renovated / newer looking. The restroom was very clean. And they have a fountain drink machine that the lineman did was complimentary. All in all I couldn’t have found a superior spot to do a <30 min quick turn to get back on my way home!

Called a day before arrival. Bob was waiting to marshal us in, fuel truck at the ready. He had us topped off in no time and on our way. ejdojet 8324s

By far the worst FBO experience I have ever encountered. Landed here with an oil pressure indication problem. After a few minutes they drove a fuel truck over and we asked if they had maintenance available. They said "No." and drove away. No offer to assist, no inquiry if everything was fine, no offer of a screwdriver, or a mechanic to call out. NO MAINTENANCE AVAILABLE HERE, do not divert here! And I would never plan them as a fuel stop going forward either based on their rude staff and lack of concern.

We stopped at RWL for fuel on our way home from OSH to the west coast. When we taxied in after landing, Bob was waiting for us on the ramp to marshal us in. Without delay, he brought the fuel truck over to top us off. When we decided to stay over night, he gave us a crew car for the night. We will not hesitate to stop here again.

Stopped for weather heading east in the Husky . Mike is amazing. Great guy. Not just doing his job, above and beyond that and I really felt like he took pleasure in doing everything possible to make the couple day stay/stop as easy as possible. I wish he was the ambassador for all airports! If you are in need of accommodations and a easy place to rest definitely add this to your list of A+ stops. Cool little town, go see the museum and old prison.

Fantastic service from Classic when we unexpectedly stopped at KRWL in our C182 due to thunderstorms. A very fine FBO with an extremely comfortable and well-equipped lounge. We borrowed the courtesy car to tour Rawlins - including the Territorial Prison - before deciding the weather was not going to clear. Classic allowed us to use the car overnight so we could get a hotel (lots of places 1-2 miles from the airport) and get an early start home the next morning. Between smoke and early storms, it was still an IFR departure to the east, but very simple.
