Good stop at USAirways Rochester. We radioed ahead about a rental car the passengers had booked ahead of time and realized they made an error with the booking, but by the time we landed, Jeffery met us planeside, grabbed bags, and the front desk had already located the vehicle and arranged a ride to the terminal. The whole team made the quick turn simple and seamless. Treated above and beyond—especially appreciated as a 210 driver. Would absolutely come back. Many thanks to the team at USAirports

Cindy and the crew were good during the busy airshow weekend. The facilities are also super fine. Played pool and relaxed in their quiet room while we waited for our check in time. Getting out right after airshow traffic they had my plane ready by the time I had asked. Top notch. Hope to see you all again.

I dropped into Rochester last week in my little Grumman Tiger for a few hours on family business The whole personnel from front desk to line / fueling staff were first class. The front desk staff arranged day use of a Hertz rental for very reasonable rate and it was ready to go when I landed. ATC also very accommodating with help navigating a circuitous taxi route because 25/07 was closed for maintenance. Fuel not the cheapest but worth it in return for the world class service. I will be back

Amazing! Personnel took me to my hotel in the crew car, hangared the plane overnight and took superb care of my passengers. Only location I will go at ROC!

I stopped in today for the first time to drop off three dogs on a PnP flight. The line personnel were good. They were friendly, polite and efficient. They had me filled up with 100LL quickly so I could get back on my way. The staff behind the counter were equally as polite, friendly, and efficient. I was very surprised to get a $0.30 discount for the PnP flight. I will without a doubt be back if I have to return to KROC. Thanks so much USAirports staff. You “roc”. Stan C.
