Avflight Rochester (KROC)

Called beforehand to confirm Customs arrival, catering, and parking for a 135 aircraft. Provided payment details for the fees since we weren't buying fuel and didn't need to come over. They said a line crew member would be waiting at Customs to marshal us in and deliver the catering. We got there on schedule, no marshal. Marshal finally shows up, still no catering. Their explanation was that they saw us land, asked the desk if we needed to be met at Customs, and got told "no, we already have their payment info." 1 star.

Good people fine pricing and quick Customs. Strongly suggest. Amanda was wonderful and enjoyable.

I had good service at Avflight. They parked me right outside the FBO. This is my second visit. The only charge other than for avgas was a $3 landing fee to the airport. Uber worked fine and several of the hotels have free shuttles. DA40

Line crew did a great job, but the office staff were a different story. I wasn't happy about being charged $60 just to drop off a passenger, and having to sit there for 30 minutes to pay the bill is unacceptable.

After a passenger spilled a beverage on the plane's carpet, needed to get an extension cord out to the plane's carpet to run an upholstery cleaner. The line crew moved the plane closer to the facility and ran an extension cord out so that we could take care of the stain. This is in addition to banging out coffee ice and fuel. Good job guys!

Phenomenal service. Crew car was clean and full of gas. Let them know I was waiting for my spouse and they called to give me a heads up on her ETA to make sure I made it back to the FBO in time. Very highly recommend.

just dont arrive anticipating knowledgeable or useful maintenance staff. These folks were incapable of diagnosing a dead battery on a customer’s Bonanza. We payed to have it towed to a reputable maintenance facility on the field.
