Parked at RKD for 5 nights recently...service was exceptional! Good line crew and staff!

We flew in for a fuel stop after sightseeing the coastline and owls head. A golf cart promptly met to lead us to parking. Cordial line personnel, Quick Fuel service, fine FBO with briefing lounge upstairs. They gave us a 2min lift to the adjacent terminal building which had a surprise cafe inside called Terminal A. The burger and BLT were tasty and made it a superb stop, thanks guys!

We blew a tire at KRKD on a Saturday. DownEast came out to tow is in, helped us find a tire, and called an A&P so we could get going again. Everybody was super nice, friendly, and patient. We used the crew car to grab some lunch while we waited. 10/10! I wish FBOs everywhere were this helpful.

Superb service. Cordial & expert personnel, fine FBO facility. They attempted to assist us secure a taxi to town to our lodging, but the taxi was not accessible, so an FBO crewman drove us into town himself. Thanks!
