Stayed for a day. The line personnel were helpful and quick to fuel the plane. Crew lounge packed and dim with snoring pilots. Did not observe any quiet rooms. The aircraft was more pleasant. They offer a crew car you can utilize within a 5 mile range and an AirTag to monitor it.

Good experience, they have comfortable pilot quarters, I was able to work while waiting on weather. Staff superb!

This FBO is good! The personnel were waiting for my C172 and were prepared to marshal me as soon as I landed, which was nice since this was my initial time here and I was uncertain where to park. Before I could even step out they were already pulling up to fuel me. They waived my overnight charge because I bought 16 gallons of fuel. The Staff truly knew what they were doing and I can’t express enough wonderful things about them! The building was also very tidy and contemporary. The takeaways: Wonderful Personnel! Fair fuel costs! Contemporary amenities!

Deviated for weather into Richmond on our way to Newport News, used Richmond Jet Center to get some fuel and relax while we waited for the weather to get better. Service was good and personnel kind.

I cannot express enough positive comments regarding Richmond Aviation, while flying my Navajo back from Hilton Head to Nashua NH a fuel pressure gauge line started leaking fuel inside the cabin, i instantly diverted to Richmond, i was welcomed on the ramp by their director of maintenance, he right away got a person working on my issue and had me moving along. I was treated so well by everybody.

Good stop from and to NJ with fine facilities. Also took advantage of their courtesy car to make a run downtown. Will return.

Went in with a PC-12 and they insisted on 173 gallons to waive. That’s almost half a bag of fuel for us. Far and away more than any other airport/FBO I’ve ever visited. When I asked to double check, the lady stared at me and said “173”. Not a fan of that location. - Sterling H.

Had to deviate to RIC due to storms. The service was good. Borrowed courtesy car to grab some Chick-Fil-A and then rested a few hours over night in the pilots lounge. No fees since I took 20 gallons. Will definitely be back and highly suggest!

Really like this FBO. Sensible fuel costs and fine customer service. I had a problem with being overcharged for a rental car and the manager Teresa went to bat for us and got us a $900 refund so I was very very pleased.

The whole personnel is five stars! We appreciated our visit here for work. Thank you everyone !
