We flew in yesterday, March 20, and everybody was very friendly. We got full service gasoline, a quart of oil, a stamp, and some good conversation. The airport FBO is pretty nice, but we were there on a day when the wind was 16 gusting 26 and it wasn't all that busy. I'm not sure what it's like on normal days.

Stopped in to get a stamp for my aviation passport on a Saturday. Chart supplement indicates they open at 0900. Waited around until 0920 with no one in view and facility locked. Called airport manager and the call was forwarded to voicemail after 2 rings.

Poor customer service. Not friendly or welcoming. Everything I asked for seemed to be taken as an inconvenience. Recommend KBCB instead just across the river.
