December 2, 2025$15 ramp charge (waived with fuel purchase) and a $20 facility charge for a DA40. A single engine 4 seat plane. I remained roughly 6 hours.

November 14, 2025As of Oct 1st 2025 they now charge a facility fee and a ramp fee. My son is taking lessons there and flies his 1946 Aeronca Chief in for his lessons. They charge him a $15 ramp fee and a $20 transient fee. This is not acceptable. That's $35 every time he visits for a lesson. Avoid this place.
