We've been based here for a year and have had a good experience. Always appreciate the attentive service, reasonable fees, and helpful staff. Always happy to help with extras like ice and borrowing the vacuum. Highly recommend for basing or transient!

Repeat of my good experience of a few years ago (though without the drama of the Convective SIGMET!). Third time staying at FlightLevel Norwood, fine experiences each time. Friendly personnel, helpful, good job towing my Mooney (notorious plane for towing by tug without damaging the nose strut). Filled the O2 bottle as requested, fair fee.

Flight Level FBO was quite accommodating and friendly. Overnight parking fee was $25/night. First night was free with fuel purchase. Avis rental is within the FBO and fully staffed (book online with Avis). Very active place with flight training within the FBO and its ramp. Taso's Cafe is a must! Will come back again. It was my second time flying into OWD. This is a well kept field. Both times my AC was serviced by Flight Level. It is really nice and helpful to see a lineman guiding you on the tarmac. This is a good group of folks doing a superb job. Chris was very helpful. Note: Your LF is waived with the purchase of fuel. Elizabeth K. 09/30/22

Landed with a flat tire on a Friday afternoon around 2 pm. I was staying the weekend anyway. They jumped on fixing the tire first thing Monday morning. It was ready to go at 10:30 am. Good service, good people, good result, very pleased customer! Thank you! Paul G.

I was stuck with a cracked oil cooler, but the folks at FlighLevelNorwood were there to get me fixed in the quickest and timely manner. Thanks to Chris, Adam, Alex and all the line guys also. Do not go here! I was waiting in the reception area for my passengers a few months ago and the owner was shouting and swearing at someone! He was shouting and screaming at a pair who parked in the incorrect space. There was a lot of other people in the reception area not really knowing what to do or who the man shouting was. I will not be using flightlevel anymore. I'm going to the other fbo on the field! I heard the other fbo was less expensive on all charges besides.

Needed to get onto the ramp at 6am even though my plane was parked at Boston exec. No issue, asked if I needed anything and treated me as if I had given them my business. Top notch service.
