I’ve been using Boston Executive ever since the prices jumped at KBED. I was expecting better rates, but I’ve honestly been really happy with the customer service and the support they give the airplane. The rental car is almost always waiting planeside. They’ve also moved my airplane over so the engine can be preheated. On a recent trip they put my airplane in the hangar ahead of a storm - before I even asked. If you’re heading to the Boston area, I’d say give Boston Executive at KOWD a shot. These guys are top notch.

Landed with a flat nose gear tire. Taxied to the Boston Executive ramp. This was Friday afternoon around 2 pm. Boston Executive recommended another mechanic on the field and towed my plane over to the other mechanic's ramp. All within 20 minutes of my landing! Good service e from Chris last week. Arrived on a low IFR day in our cirrus, wasn't sure I'd break out above minimums so I didn't call ahead. Chris was happy to help us park, move our bags from the plane, and wait with us for an uber to arrive. Amazing fbo service experience. I will surely return.

Highly recommend! Family owned and run. Chris and Henry were fantastic. Rolled out the red carpet for our rag-tag Bonanza crew. Good service and care; and always the best fuel price on the field.

They're a really solid FBO and the staff was very helpful. They topped off my tanks overnight and had me tied down as well. I'd definitely recommend stopping here if you're headed to Boston. I'll be back.

We had a good experience here, personnel was courteous and helpful (piston single). They were flexible with our changing plans, coordinated a rental car drop-off and pickup, plugged us in to an engine heater on the ramp, a smooth experience generally and we will use them again if we return to KOWD.

I had a good experience at Executive. The line staff could not have been more helpful. Fine fuel pricing. All-around superb FBO. I used to go into Bedford, but Norwood and Boston Executive are my new go-to when I'm visiting the locale.

Quick stop at Boston Exec. (KOWD) to drop off passenger and get some fuel. Fuel turn was quick, they helped secure an Uber at the gate for my passenger and had some cordial conversations too. Good service from all involved, thanks people.

Good experience at Boston Exec. Gave us a ride to and from FBO with a cold water. Allowed us to use the crew car for a local errand we needed to run. Topped off the tanks while we were away. Super friendly and accommodating personnel. Like others have mentioned, they truly do care.
