Boston Executive (KOWD)

1-Star Review: Boston Executive FBO Left my plane here for two nights and got totally hosed. It came to almost $400 for something listed way cheaper - then they hit me with “special event pricing” without any heads-up. The one good thing? A super friendly golden retriever. 10/10 dog. Seriously, did I really spend $400 just to pet a dog? Since that’s honestly the only service I got. Keep your money and tie down someplace else. 🐕💸

First visit here - Chris was great. He met me at the aircraft, drove me over to the FBO, and the fees were reasonable. When we were at the gate waiting on an Uber, he picked up the phone and helped us out. Overall, very helpful and pleasant to deal with. I’ll definitely be back!

I flew into Boston executive this week to pick up my son and daughter-in-law. We're both in the army and came to visit. They flew into Logan, but the FBO there is insane, so I had them Uber over to Boston executive. We called ahead, and then flew inperson. Chris and his staff were amazing, extremely accommodating, and gave us a ride to and from the plane. The FBO was excellent, the rates were the best around, and if you show up on a Friday, they have a cookout too. Thanks guys. See you soon.

We had a good experience here, personnel was courteous and helpful (piston single). They were flexible with our changing plans, coordinated a rental car drop-off and pickup, plugged us in to an engine heater on the ramp, a smooth experience generally and we will use them again if we return to KOWD.

I had a good experience at Executive. The line staff could not have been more helpful. Fine fuel pricing. All-around superb FBO. I used to go into Bedford, but Norwood and Boston Executive are my new go-to when I'm visiting the locale.

Every time I come in, these folks are fantastic! A beautiful golden retriever even comes out to welcome you in the lobby. And they do Cookout Fridays too!

Top FBO in the Boston area! Their service and pricing are hard to beat. The staff looks after every airplane, from big jets down to small pistons! Absolutely worth stopping in. Located on the north side of the field.

I’ve been using Boston Executive ever since the prices jumped at KBED. I was expecting better rates, but I’ve honestly been really happy with the customer service and the support they give the airplane. The rental car is almost always waiting planeside. They’ve also moved my airplane over so the engine can be preheated. On a recent trip they put my airplane in the hangar ahead of a storm - before I even asked. If you’re heading to the Boston area, I’d say give Boston Executive at KOWD a shot. These guys are top notch.

They're a really solid FBO and the staff was very helpful. They topped off my tanks overnight and had me tied down as well. I'd definitely recommend stopping here if you're headed to Boston. I'll be back.

Landed with a flat nose gear tire. Taxied to the Boston Executive ramp. This was Friday afternoon around 2 pm. Boston Executive recommended another mechanic on the field and towed my plane over to the other mechanic's ramp. All within 20 minutes of my landing! The folks are friendly, hard working problem solvers. I have a son and two grand children in Boston. I've never had better service! Thank you! Paul G.
