Signature Aviation (KOAK)

One of my go-to FBOs! The customer service is consistently friendly and excellent. Kaiser was going to hit me with $175 in fees to park my RV7 for an hour, with no fuel waiver. Signature waived it with a 10-gallon fuel purchase and even gave me a ride over to the main terminal to collect a passenger. Really helpful agents!

The staff did an excellent job getting a G450 turned around in about an hour, even with all the services involved. Gigi at the front desk went above and beyond tracking down our catering, which still hadn’t been delivered, and the line supervisor stayed on top of every detail. Thanks for such a great experience!

For light piston planes, a $30 charge is waived with purchase of minimum 10 gallons fuel. Landing fee is 78.16, and security charge is $8 (cannot be waived)

The people at Signature OAK were very helpful for an Angel Flight passenger drop off. All fees waived and $1/gal off avgas cost. Fuel truck was at the plane right away on arrival.

Another good visit. Fuel truck arrived within 7 mins of call. Operator was competent and friendly. Prices fair for big airport, all other fees waived. Lets keep GA going at KOAK!

I want to recognize Operations Manager Sharon Toro for how she handled an issue. Our fueling-and consequently our departure with paying passengers-was held up by a communication breakdown between the front desk and the line crew. Once Sharon learned what had happened, she took responsibility instead of making excuses. She agreed the situation was unacceptable, comped our services, and said she would work on fixing the underlying problem. Her handling of it was a master class in customer service. Because of Sharon’s response, I’m happy to recommend this FBO.

Quick, cordial, and effective overall. Lowered cost for 100LL with AOPA membership. Somewhat surprised at the $79 Landing Fee for a SR22, though!

I was a little confused here because nobody came out to assist me park, second occasion that occurred. Apart from that, fine assistance and fair fuel cost with AOPA discount.
