Update - I emailed with the Kaiser manager and he agreed that line and service personnel can/should caution patrons about the no-fuel charge (and offered to reimburse it for me). So... I am hopeful that matters will get better.

Good FBO but Uber cannot get to you without going thru a security gate (Gate N). I ended up just walking out to the road after the driver could not find me.

Flew in for an afternoon meeting and parked the single engine Cessna for 5 hrs. Personnel very accommodating however charges were unreasonably high; $49 facility fee + $40 parking (5 hrs?) + $66.45 landing fee (this goes to the airport authority). By comparison Signature would have been $35 facility + $5 handling and same landing. I’ll be going to Signature next time.

Beware the Kaiser gotcha facility fee - I paid $150 for my Aztec due to not buying fuel. Turns out it's only 10 gallons to waive the facility fee so I felt foolish and upset that I didn't realize this would occur. Total charges for 5 hours of parking and using the restroom twice was $293.86. That's $58.86 for landing, $150 penalty for not buying fuel, $65 for parking, and $20 for anonymous "fees". I'll be avoiding Kaiser in the future whenever feasible. - noah.zwick

Flew in in a DA62. Line crew was quick and began fueling just minutes after putting in our order. They did however put the caps on backwards. Front desk employees were not very friendly/helpful over the radio. All in all just a standard experience.
