Flightline First (KNEW)

Easily the best FBO around. Not much else needs to be said-great service, friendly staff, and excellent facilities.

Absolutely outstanding stop! The service was excellent, everyone was incredibly friendly, and it's a perfect place to grab breakfast. HIGHLY recommended!

Really fast turn this visit in my piston single. I called in range, giving them about 15 minutes notice. I was parked right out front, and the fuel truck was already there when I shut down. Took on more than 40 gallons, and even with a busy Sunday afternoon, they had us turned in under 20 minutes. This was my first time only passing through, since this is normally my go-to FBO for overnight stays in New Orleans: Great service, as usual!

Flew in 12/9/25 for lunch. Good service. Topped off with 63 gallons of AvGas. Charged 15.00 facility fee and 3% credit card fee. Piper PA46 350P

Really solid FBO with a friendly crew. Even with Mardi Gras keeping them slammed, they still looked after us and let us use the crew car for a few hrs. Definitely would recommend!

As always, a good FBO and a marvelous airport for Nola.

Flightline First FBO is truly exceptional, and Ms. Wendy is a huge part of that. She is warm, personable, and always willing to go the extra mile. After only one visit, she remembered me, and every time I return she makes me feel welcome and appreciated. When my aircraft needed a repair, she jumped in to assist and helped make everything far less stressful. Her outstanding customer service and sincere concern are the reason I keep coming back. Excellent FBO! Their AvGas costs a lot less than the place next door, and the quality, service, and amenities are still top-notch. I went to the neighboring FBO on my first visit-a mistake-but from here on out, Flightline has my loyalty. PA32RT-300T

Certainly the finest FBO @ KNEW. Everybody is sharp on their work. This was our second occasion flying Bonanza into KNEW and Flightline First. I am unaware where the self serve 100LL is since nobody has ever informed me so I am uncertain why they promote that cost. Apparently there is an EVENT FEE ($200) if you are heading to the Sugar Bowl. That was a shock since they did not assess that in September. They appreciate for you call ahead. Simply ask about charges.
