Getting UL94 was a long, frustrating ordeal. It was self-serve only, but they still wanted full-service prices, and even then it took a ton of convincing before they would agree our aircraft could legally use it and sell it to us. They don't know the rules around UL94. And even after this mess, their plan is still to use a procedure that will NOT necessarily give the right answer.

I stopped by recently looking for some info on how to get my pilot's license. Carrie spent probably 20 minuets going over a ton of stuff with me about training in the SD area and answered every question I came up with. She also talked about her own progress learning to fly. One day I'll for sure come back as a pilot and hope I get that same level of hospitality. 10/10

Crownair at KMYF is just consistently excellent. Carrie and Mariem are always warm, professional, and truly helpful every time I stop in. They really go out of their way to keep everything smooth and simple, and they’re some of the nicest people I’ve run across at any FBO. Highly recommend.

At the Montgomery FBO, I had an outstanding experience thanks to Carrie and Mariem. They were professional, friendly, and really on top of the details — exactly what you want from excellent customer service. As soon as I got there, they made the whole process smooth and stress-free, and everything I needed was handled with a positive, welcoming attitude. They honestly went above and beyond. KMYF is lucky to have representatives like that. Carrie and Mariem are a true asset to the team.

Fantastic help from the ladies here with my little ol' 182. They even had my car pulled up and waiting at the curb. I had apparently tucked my plane into the city's transient spot, so CrownAir told me to be sure I grabbed my city parking fee envelope so they could get the fee waived for me. The whole thing was friendly, and the facility is super nice too, clean, and impressive.
