Stopped in about a month ago for a two hour stop. No marshal came out, so I parked by the building and went inside. The young guy at the desk was surprised there wasn’t a marshal. He got a courtesy car set up for me. When I came back, he said sorry and that they had to charge me $15 for parking unless I bought fuel. I didn’t need fuel and felt the $15 parking charge was a fair price since the 172 rental was visible to them and sitting in a safe area. Will definitely go back to Northstar.

Experience here was surprising and disappointing. Marshaller was very rude and signaled to get away and park away from the building, but gave no indication of where to go. Another line person came with a golf cart to point us to a spot far away. Nobody chocked us. Ignored by all line personnel. Picked up a pax with an injured leg who had to hobble all the way out to the edge of the ramp. Same experience on return. Elected to self-fuel as a result. Never had this before, had to apologize to pax.

North Star was good! Helped arrange a list minute rental car, which was dropped off at the FBO 15 minutes later. Overnight fees are a bit steep for tie down of my little plane, but the friendly service made up for it!

Good experience with Northstar Jet last weekend. They had a parking spot ready for us and took care of tying our 182 down while we unloaded our gear. It wasn’t a very busy day so they happily let us use one of the crew cars for a 5 hour visit to UM. Everyone we met was welcoming and helpful!

Fantastic FBO. Fuel was costly but they were professional and fast.

Line service is awful unless you're in a jet. I pulled up on the ramp and was overlooked by line service. Called them up on UNICOM and told them I was staying over night and needed to know where to park. Line guy walked out towards me, pointed to some tie down spots and then walked away. I parked myself and then had to ask for chalks. The ladies inside were good and helped me get a hotel and ride. $50/night parking for a single engine piston which is astronomical especially given my treatment.

Stopped in here on a cross country from Portland to Milwaukee north star was a fantastic FBO had a good pilot lounge, Self Serve fuel is a bit away across from the training facility. The personnel was very accommodating... no ramp fee was charged.

A fine FBO and consistently good assistance. I was surprised on our recent stop that they have recently started to charge ramp and overnight fees, which is new policy from previous visits.

North Star jet is superb! The line personnel were out to greet me before I even shut the motor off, and they assisted me tie my plane down without even asking. Very helpful folks here!
