Got slapped with a $25 ramp fee for a 5 minute quick turn while doing flight instruction in a Cessna, unless you buy 20 gals...fyi

We chose Minuteman over the Jet center as the latter did not appear keen on small single engine piston planes. The personnel were adaptable and given we only had one day to visit were particularly helpful regarding taking us to our hotel (across a busy highway from the FBO) and directed our brief time with the courtesy car to view the main attractions of Missoula. The fuel costs were reasonable and the FBO waiting area was tidy with good restrooms.

Just spent the evening at MSO Minuteman. Good experience. Fair fuel cost and zero overnight charges. Always fine service.

Came in at 0200 and needed fuel. They have posted two distinct phone numbers for after hours service. One went to voice mail and the other one I was just hung up on. Good job.

Fantastic FBO, they treated me like I was their most important customer although I was in a C182. They took me to the terminal to collect my rental although I found they would have arranged it to be at the FBO. was there for 3 day, they returned my rental for me. I was departing early morning and they on their own put my plane inside so it would not build up moisture on the wings at no cost! One of the finest FBOs I have visited. Someone on site 24/7

Would not suggest if you must wait at the FBO. Zero amenities whatsoever and quite old. Even seating is restricted!

Came here twice in a week and stopped by MinuteMan FBO each time. Good airport, very fine controllers and MinuteMan was a superb FBO, treating me and my family like we were flying in on a Citation instead of the little Cessna Cardinal it was. Even gave my wife and kids coffee, fresh baked cookies and insisted they take us from door to door via golf cart for the full experience. Will certainly be back!

I landed in Missoula to pick up my boy. As I did a walk around on my plane, (182) I noticed I had an oil leak. The people at the FBO went out of their way to assist me. They took me to the rental car facility to pick up a rental car and tied down my plane. Upon returning a couple days later, they helped me return my rental car. Good facility, with good people. They helped make a bad situation much better. - Gregory S.

I would not suggest visiting here. Was present during fire season for above a month. We covered their daily ramp/facility charge when we were not even parked on their ramp, and then griped about us utilizing their washrooms in the hangars. Fortunately the US Forrest service was helpful enough to bring us outhouses when temperatures reached 100°F. Not certain why we were paying them a facility charge if we aren't permitted to use their amenities. I suppose they just dislike consistent revenue over extended periods of time.
