QCIA Airport Services at Quad Cities International Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

September 21, 2025QCIA says they are technically not an FBO, but they run the self service gas off K3, and have a pilot lounge that was open. Ask to taxi to the self service pumps. There is a parking area outside Gate 28 if you need picked up. You will need to call the airport fire department at (309) 757-1739 to get remotely let out of the fence. They will take down your name and then you call them to get let back in when you need to depart. No problems getting in and out even though I returned after dark.

May 1, 2025QCIA Airport Services was a very fine overnight spot. Fuel was quite affordable and overnight fee was complimentary too. Kindly be cautious communicating with tower when arriving here as they seemed uncertain of its location. The self serve and overnight tie downs are situated off of K-3 and are tidy and good. Certainly think about KMLI as a stop on your next overnight or cross country!

August 19, 2022Reasonable fuel cost (lowest in the region), and user friendly self serve with rest room and lounge accessible across the taxiway at the T hangers. Good stop for a fuel and rest room break for the short term. Security, fuel assistance, and ground transportation numbers posted, but not as welcoming to those needing additional services that an FBO might supply. Works for me due to family in town and drop me a vehicle. No tie down or landing fees. I value their efforts and will use again. Security is at a very high level with no entry/exit without contact. Numbers posted and remote control access with dispatch for all gates available and have never encountered an issue. Somewhat of a hassle yet were accommodating and available 24/7. I also appreciate the security for my aircraft while tied down plus an emergency contact should it be needed. Thumbs up as far as I’m concerned.

July 26, 2025Terrible service! I stopped on my way to OSH and fuel was not working. No NOTAM's. Called service guy, he stated he was occupied to assist. Had to go FBO and spend $2.00 more per gallon. Avoid this airport

June 22, 2025When flying in make certain to ask for "South Ts" or "self service" if seeking the self service fuel. GA tie downs are beside fuel pumps. Fuel pumps are east side of the hangars. After taxiing off the movement area, follow the yellow line and make a left following signs for fuel pumps.

March 18, 2024Fantastic service. Flew in for a concert in downtown Moline and was treated to a ride to and from the concert venue by QCIA staff. Uber and Lyft are not dependable in the area, so be prepared to arrange alternate methods of transportation. Parked at QCIA facility on NE side of airport near customs. Self serve fuel is available on opposite side of field if needed. Aircraft was chocked and secured and I was let into and out of the airport premises by QCIA staff. Extremely accommodating/helpful

May 15, 2022Well…I hope this FBO is going thru some MX because it’s less of an FBO and more of a room with a toilet. The gas is inexpensive and self serve so thats a plus. I did not observe any amenities worth mentioning.

March 19, 2021Self serve fuel is working. Came in on a Sunday afternoon and Elliot was closed so we used the self serve.
