Avoid Elliott. Fuel is high and they are seriously unprofessional. I taxied over there to drop a friend off. Left the engine running while my friend got out, then I taxied back to the runway. I was there for less than 2 minutes and they still made my friend pay a $150 ramp and service fee. I called and the lady on the phone said, you were on our ramp you pay the fee. FOR 2 minutes!!

Terrible fuel service. I have a 60 gallon plane, pulled in and needed 30 gallons, I checked my tanks and verified with fuel stick. Only flew 2.5 hours at 9 gph. I went inside and they fueled the plane and then stated they put 48 gallons. I checked fuel burn at next stop and confirmed still burning 9 gph. I asked them to check meter and they said it is what it is. I do not recommend them to anybody

I echo the last three posters comments. Diverted here after encountering bad weather during transcontinental Lake Buccaneer flight. Had a collapsed nose gear oleo due to cold weather, on Sat afternoon day before New Years. Treated royally, lent courtesy car, lodging across the field, put us in maintenance hangar overnight and worked with me on a Sunday morning to inspect & service the oleo with hydraulic fluid & nitrogen. Had to make an unexpected fuel stop here on Saturday and we were greeted by the CEO of the FBO. He quickly put chocks on the plane and apologized for the busy field. He proceeded to give us the red carpet treatment with a full tour. The staff gave us bag lunches for the road and quickly fueled us for a timely turnaround. These people are amazing. - markoesmith

Dramatic entrance: we landed, taxied off the runway and…pop. Lost the right main tire. At night. Elliott didn’t have anything small enough to jack up and tow our plane so Tony McGuyvered up a refrigerator dolly and a piece of plywood to haul our 2600-pound Arrow off the taxiway. At 1 mph. With a police and fire truck escort. Hats off to Tony for his ingenuity, and to the whole crew for being so fine with us during our stressful situation!

Very fine, tidy facility. Fuel cost is a bit steep, but the newer courtesy cars appear to be constantly ready and that made it worthwhile for me. The tower and ground controllers were also very cheerful on frequency and sound like they enjoy their jobs.

Service is typically below standard. Even for turboprops. I'm not certain who they serve if they don't wish to sell JetA to me. Waited 36m for fuel for the third time now in the past few months with no one on the ramp waiting for fuel. Never answer the radio (always claim it's broken) and often don't pick up the phone. Stop at DVN instead and go to Revv, at least they have fine service.

Made a not-previously-planned overnight stop at Quad Cities using Elliott Aviation, and they provided superb service. Overnight tie down, reasonably-priced fuel, and a welcoming greeting. They made a reservation for me at a very fine airport hotel, and provided shuttle transportation there and back the next morning. Couldn’t ask for better assistance.

Arrived five minutes before closing and needed to use the restroom and get a top off. The folks were very good despite me showing up last minute. They even went as far as cleaning the bugs off my windshield. Wonderful service! Thank you!!
