February 18, 2026There’s only room for 6 transient parking spots, and they already have tiedown ropes or chains on them. You’ll want to bring your own tiedown ropes.

May 14, 2025Piston GA on IFR flight plan. But... No IFR in or out. It was a VFR day so i cant say what would be the OP on an IMC day, but IFR needs to cancel prior to entering the MOAs. VFR FF still fine. But you are VFR navigating in from edge of MOA so be ready for this. On dep, expect FF but won't pick up a IFR clearance until out of the MOA. Just be ready and anticipate this. Resturant was closed by the time i got there around 3pm on a Friday. Quiet day and ATC/staff were friendly/helpful.

September 27, 2024Worth a visit. Might even catch an F35 doing Touch n Go's! Good helpful people at the FBO and inexpensive fuel.

Due to rapidly rising terrain and wind turbines W - NW of airport, cat c/d & all turbojet aircraft ldg runway 8 must remain at or above 4301 ft MSL until commencing base leg turn and at or above 3800 ft MSL until established on a 2.25 nm final.
Fuel Types Available: Fuel available 0700-1700, mon-sat. otr times contact airport opns on CTAF or call 661-824-2434; fee charged.
Runway 08/26 Length: 300 ft paved overrun east end of runway; 300 ft paved overrun west end of runway.
Runway 12 Controlling Object Clearance Slope: Approach slope 40:1 to the dsplcd threshold.
