Signature Aviation at Chicago Midway International Pilot ReviewsOverall Rating:

Signature locations can have lousy service, but this is honestly one of the worst. Hawker 900XP. We called well ahead and requested a quick turn. After landing, I reminded the line crew again that we were trying to turn quickly, yet it took at least 15 minutes before the truck even showed up. I asked the lady at the desk why a Signature quick turn is never actually quick at MDW, since this has happened more times than I can count,, and she said, "Shift change." If you come here, expect the slowest service of all the Signatures.

Visited in a piston single and made error of trusting prior reviews and AOPA site for fee details. They were wrong. Signature charges $131 for overnight parking. Atlantic is $20. Both have handling fees waived with 10 gallons (Signature) or 15 (Atlantic). Out the door price was $357 for two nights in a two seat piston single at Signature -- and that was discounted. No marshaling or aid on departure. Front desk personnel polite and helpful but somewhat slow on both arrival and leaving. - irvinmccurry

I have used Signature’s services 3 times the last 3 months. They were quick and efficient. I didn’t use them because the fuel is inexpensive,IT’S NOT! I liked their service even though I just flew a Bonanza they treated me fine!

This was my second time to land at Midway in my A36 Bonanza And my second time at Signature’s FBO. I have had fine service each time. Handling fee waived with fuel purchase. $45/night. Tie down.

Medevac flight with platinum status. Called on the radio about 20 minutes away to let them know I'm coming. Get to the ramp and nobody is out to park us. Start to park myself and then somebody comes outside. No point in being platinum as they dont do quick turns. Starting January 1st will be charging multiple handling fees in a 24 period even if you take min fuel to get out of fees. Terrible service just another money grab

For a Cirrus, overnight parking is $134 per night compared to $54 at Atlantic. Other fees are comparable, although Atlantic mandates 18 gals or top off to waive handling fee (Signature is 10 gals).

Worst FBO experience in 32 years of flying. If you’re not arriving in a plane burning Jet-A do yourself a favor and go to Atlantic instead. I fly a PA-32 and was the only piston on the flight line. I was only in for a few hours and didn’t require any services. I was hoping Signature would be located nearer to the Orange line for simple access to my meeting downtown. It s not. My bad. I asked if I could get a ride to train and received one with a smile. I tipped the driver and was told just call when you come back and we can usual pick you up. Fine. So I called and spoke to Nicole at desk and was told no issue I’ll send someone. After 40 minutes waiting I called back and got Ashley. It became obvious that I was forgotten. I asked if I should call a cab. She said someone would be there in 10 min. After waiting another 20 min I took a cab. When I asked Ashley why no one just said we are too busy? She then started with the passive aggressive behavior. No apology or even any
