Fuel and charges are costly. No CAA. But the amenities are very fine. I enjoyed the rest rooms. Comfortable beds. Cleaning staff works nonstop. Good FBO. But it's Chicago... General vicinity leaves some to be desired.

Not GA friendly. Flew in 11/23 to depart 11/25. Wanted to do Skyline flight first but the ceilings were too low. Went back 11/24. Was told that they would leave my ticket open. Went for a 1 hour flight and returned. Checked in before departing. Supervisor Leidy went out of her way to come over to the customer service rep. She closed me out, opened a new one, charged me another round of fees and had the audacity to add an extra fee for the Bears game. Very impolite and confrontational. Won't be back.

Arrived in a Cherokee 180. Golf cart guided us to a tie down and assisted us transferring our bags. Never rushed us or made us feel small. Took photos of us with the skyline. Plenty of other ga airplanes on their ramp. Front desk staff was friendly and professional. I chuckled when they asked if I needed my onboard and outboard tanks filled. They gave us a ride to the L train terminal. total bill for 15 gallons of avgas was 195, of which 135 was the fuel itself. No issues whatsoever. Recommended.

Good fbo but they just raised their costs dramatically early 2024. A single engine piston stop over now costs a cool $100. Facility fee is $57, landing fee $30, and security fee $10. Overnight is extra $20. Facility fee waived with 22 gal purchase of 100LL. I understand that there's inflation but $100??! Smh

Came to MDW for the first time…. Good experience and convenient spot. Fine controllers and very accommodating. Nice IFR approach for Rw 23 past downtown. Service was impeccable at Atlantic with helpful and super friendly line and front desk staff. Beautiful facility and easy drive to downtown. Yes fuel costs are high but facility, parking, and landing fees are very sensible. Normally I fly into Gary for lower coasts but MDW is very convenient. Will be back again Malibu Thank you

I had a superb experience flying in a single piston engine PA-28. We were guided to a parking spot, where chocks and tiedowns were supplied. A shuttle gave us a ride from plane to FBO. We were given a shuttle ride to the Orange line by the FBO staff. Unfortunately, they were not available for a return shuttle ride to the FBO from the train station, but a quick Lyft was obtainable. Facility fee waived with 11 gallon fuel purchase. One overnight remaining total fees $71.50 before fuel.

Beware general aviation- MDW no longer friendly. $350 to land and park a twin Cessna for 2 nights to attend a wedding. This is more than double what I paid the last time. Did not require fuel or services. Had to pay a special fee because there was a Bears game the day we were departing. Staff was nice and accommodating. Won't be coming back ever. Schaumburg and DuPage much, much more reasonable.

My preferred location when I visit Chicago for work. Quite welcoming staff and quick assistance at this facility (ie, it makes no difference that I'm in an SR22/not a jet). For an airport this size in a metropolis this large, it is tough for me to criticize their charges -- value in specific the $20 overnight (at a Charlie airport, that is quite fair and GA friendly in my opinion).

Visited Chicago in my Mooney in late October. Atlantic was a good FBO, especially given the convenience to the city. Paid a very reasonable $20/night, plus a small landing fee ($7.50) and $10 security fee. FBO personnel were very friendly and everything was on the ball. Driven to/from the plane in a van so we did not have to carry our bags. ATC was quite helpful also. Came in VFR, no issues.
