Had an issue with our plane. The FBO got us and the aircraft taken care of. I can't recommend this FBO enough. Good service and we are forever grateful for your help and courtesy!

Diverted to KLRU to avoid a worsening storm. Incredible service provided by the staff working the ramp and by the hostess in the office. Ramp personnel quickly ran out and marshaled me into a tie-down spot, asked what my needs were, ordered fuel service and began tying down the plane. Inside, Alex welcomed us in, was able to provide a courtesy car overnight for $65. Gave hotel and restaurant recommendations. All in all, a good experience.

Flew in in our single piston en route to Palm Springs. Guys at Francis Aviation were good help off loading us and golf cart ride to crew car. Very welcoming line guys and counter service. We went to old town Mesilla and enjoyed old town shops and supper. Our fuel order was taken Care of and we were simply off the next day . Wonderful spot to stop and overnight. C GDSZ

Good friendly people at Francis. A shout out to Justin and Tyler who made certain all my requirements were handled. Justin gave me a list and some suggestions on spots to stay as well as supplied a crew car overnight. Tyler fueled me up in the morning. The historic village of Mesilla was a short drive away with fine food choices and sights to observe. The airport itself was not very busy and in truly fine shape. Left to KPHX and received flight following from ABQ center which made hand off to PHX Class B smooth. Found the whole route much simpler to get West than going thru ABQ. Hope to return there on my journey back East.

All I can state is thanks for the assist. Had an issue with the plane and they helped us get the assistance needed and took care of us and the aircraft. I highly suggest this FBO. Likely the finest service I have observed out of an FBO ever and I won't forget how useful you were in getting us taken care of. Thank you very much.

Superb service by Raul and a very fast turn. Food was wonderful and the FBO has a fine atmosphere. Plane parts for youngsters or enthusiasts to have hands on learning. Highly suggest

Amazing service at Francis Aviation!!!! Tyler and Raul provided us with the finest customer service during our stay. The facility is clean, good and has perfect general aviation amenities. Tyler let us know some of the finest places to eat and stay in Las Cruces. Thank you to the staff at Francis Aviation!!!

We have stopped there several times over the years and the facilities are good, folks generally pleasant and services adequate. While not a major city setup, they do a fine job and I would suggest them if you’re going to stay overnight or need more than just fuel and a restroom. Not the least cost fuel on the field, you get what you pay for in facilities, services and so forth. We have not attempted using them after hours so can’t address access, fees, etc. yet I would expect decent performance from an operation their size. Fuel is via truck and they cater to the military transient flights, have offered rental cars with advance notice and don’t seem to strain supporting your needs. The FBO building is large enough to house flight planning, vending machines, street access and other services you’d expect from a full service FBO. We plan to continue visiting the FBO’s available. We have not found any lacking in any major way.

These folks went above and beyond to assist us, even contacting enterprise to try to resolve an issue. I discovered after I arrived they have rental cars here at better costs (presently) than in town. We would return anytime. Thank you Justin, you have a good team!
