Be careful about new hourly ramp charges.

Atlantic scuffed our Citation V deice boots on both wings. The morning of departure the line supervisor inspected the aircraft and advised me the manager would call me later in the week. He did call and beat around the bush for a few minutes explaining his ramp cameras are not adequate to determine if they scuffed the boots. He talked with the fuelers and they said they did not do it. He basically called me a liar. The boots had been completely dressed a few days before and fueled only one time.

Solid bunch of Crooks, looks like every week is a "special" happening at Atlantic KLAS. $1300+ per day "special event fees". When I inquired what the happening was, they did not even know. Atlantic pricing across the nation is out of line, the assistance never matches the expense. No standardized training or safety standards in my observations. Well go to HND just to avoid Atlantic.

What was once a very efficient FBO operation has gone downhill severely. Getting anything done takes ages here. They're constantly short-staffed and incapable of finishing most basic requests promptly. In a world where time is capital you need to allow ample duration to stop at Atlantic LAS. I must mention the personnel is conscious of the issue and generally courteous regarding their deficiencies. That is my sole favorable point.

After reading the comments, I was hesitant to go to Atlantic but I had to drop off some WSOP players and figured this was the best location. I called ahead. We arrived and they lead us to the back parking area between a couple Citations and Honda Jets. The line guy was good and drove us back to the FBO and folks at the counter were really fine. Considering we came in a Cessna 185, they treated us like we had a Lear. We will go back (hopefully in a Lear! - but will keep the 185 too!)

A quick shout out for Atlantic and Staff. Fees were 1/3 of what Signature quoted and service was good. We arrived in a Cirrus and although we got stuck due to weather, Jasmin and the whole team were so gracious and accommodating. A crew car for a quick lunch, one failed departure, two top offs and a nicely appointed lounge got us through the day. Thank you everyone!!

I've been coming here for many years and the service has gotten worse while the prices have gone off the deep end. "Special event fee" that is not so special is just reaching into your pocket and still charging extortion prices for fuel. The event fee is the final straw. Atlantic is added to the black list of "avoid at all cost" FBO's.

Arrived in my SR22 and had a good experience. Handling fee waived for 18 gal purchase, and sensible overnight fees. This was my initial visit to this FBO and I didn't realize how near it was to the strip. We actually WALKED to our hotel (MGM Grand) in about 10 minutes, basically two blocks up and across the street. If you're staying at the south end of the strip KLAS and this particular FBO makes all the sense in the world - an extremely simple and short trip to your hotel. Shall return.

Zero catering or access to pilots lounge (due to TSA) for extended stay flight crews during 2024 Super Bowl. Only food available was display case of single serve chips & jerky, coffee, water. Seen better crew care at smaller FBO's during college games. That said, personnel was mostly friendly and helpful.

Flew the C172 with the family on 4th of July. very accommodating act. Approaching from the S from DAG at 7500 I got cleared into the B and given a few vectors. Atc put me basically on a left downwind for 19R at 6500 ft. About 5 miles extended downwind I got cleared to land on 19R. Exited on S and taxi instruction was to taxi to Atlantic via H. Follow me car took us to parking spot. They drove us to our hotel and were super friendly. Charges were $70/day total $40 of which is waived if you get gas.
