They didn't charge us anything just for stopping by to use the restroom. Super friendly and I definitely recommend them.

Took a trip to do the bourbon tours in Louisville, KY. Decided on ASI because of the self serve and the reviews. When I was in the pattern to land I had a MAG failure. The line folks were all over me when we landed. Parked me up front and discussed all my options for parking. When I said I had a maintenance issue they brought a mechanic out just a few minutes later. They hangared my plane and worked with me to get it fixed. The FBO is immaculate and staff is fast and pleasant.

What a good FBO! Very welcoming, simple to deal with and proactive with services. A fine facility on top of that! Even offered to drive us to our hotel when ride share services were scarce. I wish more FBOs were run like this.

Amazing service! Landed 30 minutes prior to closing. Jason and Robert took care of us and tucked our 182G into the hangar with the same care as the big boys. Very friendly and accommodating. Good pilot lounge with massage chair and spare blankets for those unexpected longer stays. Accommodations close by and first class ramp service.

I am so appreciative of the hospitality at this FBO. I came in with my Bonanza for a 24 business trip. $10 overnight fee and other $10 fee was waived with fuel. My Uber to the hotel was delayed due to traffic, so one of the line guys grabbed a car and took me on his dinner break. I unexpectedly needed to do a lengthly client call, and they volunteered a comfortable conference room. Everyone I encountered was courteous, helpful, and cheerful. This FBO seems to have a fine culture.

Meh, average. People I dealt with were all pleasant and kind but the experience was lackluster. Fuel purchase doesn't waive parking charges. Parking fees charged despite the ramp not having tie down space or even being fenced in. Credit card processing fees. Greater fuel prices. Planned my flight so as to only require taking min fuel to waive additional charges, and I encourage others to do the same. Will try the other FBO or a different airport next time to see if they offer a superior experience.

Good experience using ASI at Clark Regional Airport for a GA Lancair Columbia 300 aircraft. Two line guys met me at the plane and offered their help. Rental car was brought plane side. Line guys parked and tied down the plane, and towed me to the self serve fuel pump the next day! Customer Reps Olivia and Michaela were outstanding. The FBO facility is pristine. FBO fees were reasonable. The non-towered airport traffic, including business jets, were professional, and operating safety.

I decided to park at ASI instead of the other FBO based on comments and it did not fail to impress! I called ahead the day before to see what my rental car options were. Reagan, who was very kind, walked me through my options and then went the extra mile by taking my Hertz member number and booking the reservation for me! Upon landing, my car was waiting on the ramp and the line crew helped us load our bags. The whole experience was top notch, including their facilities. I will certainly return.

We overnighted a couple days ago and were quite pleased with the assistance we got. The facility itself was very fine as was the service. I could observe that they're used to seeing large planes (bizjets), but they treated us and our relatively small Saratoga just like the big boys. They even lent us the courtesy car for a trip to downtown. I'm certain we'll return.

Dropped in for a visit on Father's Day weekend and was extremely impressed with the professional service. Joe and Adam met us on the ramp with our rental car. They had our Bonanza fueled and hangared within minutes. Sydney was a gracious host. John had our aircraft ready for departure early Monday morning and Yvonne was very welcoming. First class service. Thank you!
