Really solid service and the prices were actually pretty fair for a busy class D airport in a big metro area. They even waved one parking fee and the infra charge with a fuel stop. Highly recommend!

Really good staff and customer service, the FBO was spotless and comfortable, and they replied super quick. Overall recommend.

Not sure what is happening at Velocity took over one hour to get fuel and it looks like a lot of new folks that need training. The personnel was nice for sure but I do not think they grasp trying to get fuel and return to the air. I am truly hoping it is just growing pains.

Good FBO. Came for one night in our Cirrus. Overnight and facility fee waived with fuel. Close to Disney by uber. Was a fine trip with the family.

We flew in for an overnight stay. Top to bottom it was a wonderful experience. Line crew incredibly helpful/genuinely enjoyable/professional. Young ladies at the front were just as outstanding: attentive/courteous/and considerate. Turn was seamless, no surprises (facility fee waived with fuel purchase). Everything was handled smoothly and professionally. Velocity FBO KISM is clearly a well-run operation, and absolutely one we will go out of our way to return to again. Highly recommended.

Really great experience. Beautiful updated facilities with plenty of waters, soft drinks, and snacks sitting out. Very friendly and helpful staff from the moment we landed right up until we left. They also hooked us up with nice SWAG like caps, etc. For our Saratoga there was a $25 facility fee and $20 per night parking. But they waived the facility fee and the first night with a fuel purchase.

The recent FBO renovation looks clean and modern. They do offer snacks in addition to a staffed rental car desk. Parking for a Baron was $40 each night and $.10 off a gallon on fuel that is fairly valued. Line personnel were fast to park and provide fuel too. Upon departure they provided a cart ride to the plane and also carried my luggage and golf clubs. One evening plus landing charge waived with 10 gallons of gas purchase.

Lowest fuel prices in the Orlando area! Remodeled inside with a good pilots lounge upstairs and tasty snacks. Whether I'm flying in my personal 172 or for work in the citation we are always treated exceptionally!

Emailed and called in for quick turn fuel. Had to wait on fuel truck line wasn't advised or disregarded the request. Asked for assistance with luggage ended up doing it ourselves. Saved the $50 tip ! Fuel was .11c less than signature w fuel card. Not impressed.

AOPA nor ForeFlight lists the FBO charges. Velocity assesses $26 facility fee which is waived with only 10 gallons of fuel, $21 for overnight parking. Informed me "no security or infrastructure charge". This is as of 9/9/25. If accurate they are most affordable fbo for DisneyWorld from my study of KISM and KORL. KISM assesses a landing fee.
