Signature Aviation (KISM)

Kick off your Disney World vacation right by walking into the FBO and finding a half-smoked cigarette from one of the CSRs sitting on the counter, smoke wafting up. I told the line staff and CSR that I wanted a hangar. Nobody bothered to tell me I wasn't actually in one or that they were full. I only found out when I arrived to leave and saw my plane tied down outside. Asked whether the hangars were full, and they said nope, then just shrugged.

Velocity and signature shut down at 10pm. There’s no self-service.

They’re not taking AvFuel anymore.

Had late night and last minute stop in, personnel and line were very helpful. Appreciated the assistance to help me.

I got in after hours and Carlos came back and opened up for me. Incredible service!

Helpful staff, with fees and prices that seemed fair for the area. Our rental car from National FBO was already waiting for us, parked right beside the plane when we arrived. For a family trip to Orlando, that kind of convenience is tough to beat.

My go-to FBO because of the location. We stopped in for a cruise and then headed over to Sun N Fun. Good service-they helped unload the bags and drove us to the terminal. Requested services were handled promptly. Parking was reasonable for a piston single, considering the location.

Stopped by for a few hours for a couple business meetings. The line crew was experienced and helpful. Front desk handed me the crew car so I could get to my meetings. I’d definitely use them again.

Good line personnel and customer service agents. Quite pleasant FBO to visit.

Good stopping place for General Aviation. $26 per night in a single engine Cherokee and welcoming service. Fine lounge area and simple access to Orlando. They even offered to postpone filling my tanks with fuel as they offer $.50 off per gallon on Friday - Sunday. Wonderful experience.
