They took care of setting up my rental car while the other FBO on site wanted me to contact Enterprise. Therefore I'll always return to Million Air.

This FBO goes above and beyond! Impeccably appointed facilities, competent and friendly CSRs(Chloe) and line staff. Helped me with hangar and GPU when I was AOG. Nominal fees for the "little plane". Fuel prices were consistent with location. Will be my FBO of choice!

Diverted to KIND in a Citation Mustang due to low ceilings at KUMP. Everyone at Million Air was very accommodating and helpful. I picked up the aircraft the next afternoon and bought a little fuel. No ramp charge or overnight charge because I had to divert. The customer service and kindness was much appreciated!

We flew in recently as they are the CAA preferred FBO at KIND. When we paid with our Avcard, I noticed the cost we were charged was not the CAA cost shown in ForeFlight. When I inquired about it, the CSR stated to get the lower CAA cost you needed to use a MC or VISA. They never mentioned this previously or had it posted anywhere visible.

Outstanding FBO service -- even for a single engine diamond. Arranged for seamless rental car for an Indy day trip as well. Highly recommend

Fast turnaround

The FBO claims to be open 24 hours a day but if you arrive late they'll assess you an "after hours fee." How can you charge an after hours fee if you're open 24 hours a day...?

Landed for a quick fuel stop and meal on my single engine piston Cirrus. Good service with Mercedes GLC300 crew cars. Security fee of $15.00 assessed.

Stopped by with my Piper Dakota. A one night stop extended to 3 nights due to weather and repairs needed. Personnel was very accommodating. Borrowed the Mercedes crew automobile for a quick lunch while waiting for repair crew to show up. They are not used to having small planes show up. They didn't even have a tug which could tow my small plane. Sadly, their maintenance does not support Piper, so had to ask Jet Access from Executive Airport to drive out. Overall good experience with courteous staff
