CHOOSE ATLANTIC! We used to love this FBO, but when I called ahead the employee never told me about a $600 8 hour non reservation fee — would've been fine, except I had specifically asked if there were any other charges on top of the normal ones. On our second day they hit us with $800 for 90- minutes on the ramp; the weird part is the first day we weren't charged for it at all. They also forgot to bill us for 100 gallons of fuel, and the pilot had to tell them three times. Super inconsistent service.

Arrived late at night and ramp worker must have been really tired, because we received the most unclear, unprofessional and lazy ground marshaling I've ever experienced (with 40-50 planes tail to tail on the ramp). De-ice team seemed to exercise the same attitude when leaving. Almost had to refuel due to how long we waited (over 1 hour engines start to deice complete). Oh, they also lost one of our cabin storage bins. Disorganized and lackadaisical. Would not recommend.

A crew member will need to stay at the FBO to vouch for and escort pax to the plane.

Costly and frequently hard to reach by phone.

Regretfully this FBO leaves much to be desired

Be ready, the assistance here is the worst I have ever observed.

Never correctly staffed, always a wait period or a queue regardless of how busy they are. Personnel is not courteous and most of the time impolite. Truly shameful though appropriate given the closeness to DC.

I just stopped here and did not check fees before I flew in. Have been into Signature Dulles several times in the past. Do not recall it being inexpensive but I got the same price as the fellow that wrote last weeks comment - $225 per night!!! I said I'm going to Atlantic and they charged me $50!!! I was there 4 minutes. On top of that they do not even have any snacks like most Signatures.

They park AC on the ramp tail to tail. Don't forget your control locks!!
