We're seeing hourly parking charges get tacked on top of the Concession, Security and facilities my fee. The facility fee might get waived with certain fuel purchases, but it sure looks like the costs are just being recovered somewhere else, basically swapping the waived facility fee for hourly parking charges. I miss the old days when there was no "hourly" parking fee. It really hurts on day trips when you wind up paying the facility fee that was supposed to be waived.

So thrilled to be able to utilize the class B and use them all across the US. I always call ahead for charges because certainly folks overcharge the turboprops. Charges were much greater than I was told by phone. I was quoted 100/night for a TBM850 on the ramp, actual cost was 400/night. Yikes. I do not pay that in the Bahamas or Turks and Caicos. I inquired why the charges were so much greater than a week before when I called. That is what we charge. Okay then. Will not occur again.

Recently moved in as new tenants. The personnel are all awesome! Attentive, useful and very friendly to deal with. A good team!

Visited in an SR22, very simple taxi path from runway 01C. They had a golf cart ready to take us into the structure and the line service person assisted with bags. The facility is much newer and finer than most of the other spots I have been to and even has a golf putting practice zone. Costs are: $40 facility fee waived with 18 gallons of fuel bought, $15 piston security fee, $16.41 landing fee, $25.31 concession fee. Total costs of $56.72 if you buy fuel. Not poor for a major class B airport.

September 23, 2025 Hannah was outstanding. She assisted me over the phone a few days before arrival, answering all my queries about charges and the arrival procedure, and then I got the opportunity to meet her in person on the day of departure. There were no surprises with charges, everything was precisely as she had described. The facility is modern and comfortable, and the personnel was professional throughout. A dependable option when flying into Dulles.

Staff let PAX walk out to the plane without crew's knowledge or approval. This comes off as unprofessional.

I can echo what the recent Cirrus review stated... total charges for my Mooney were $56 with fuel purchase. Overnight was $20. For a major Bravo airport, truly not poor at all. Especially thinking about IAD to DC proper is a fairly small travel duration versus the other choices. Our Uber ride took 39 minutes. Regarding Atlantic itself, the personnel here were wonderful and very accommodating. The amenities were good, and the taxi to 01/19C is as simple as it gets.
