Flew in over the weekend in a Sportsman: $65 per night for tie-down, plus a $30 handling charge that gets waived with a 10 gal purchase. I can usually put up with Signature's crazy pricing when the service is great, but that definitely wasn't true this weekend. On the second day, they wanted me to reposition my plane to make room for incoming jets, yet offered no discount or free night. They just expected me to burn my time for their convenience, and got very rude when I said no. Worst Signature I've dealt with.

Definitely way overpriced! With my 182, I was charged $46 per night for overnight parking, an $8 "infrastructure fee," and a $30 "handling fee"-even though nobody actually "handled" my plane. I left it exactly where I tied it down, and it was never moved. None of those fees were waived, despite the fact that I bought plenty of gas. And naturally, the fuel prices here are always extremely high. This is exactly why we need legislation to stop places like this from piling on junk fees.

I'll be coming in to stay overnight in April. I asked about the ramp fees for a C182 and was quoted a $30 handling fee, an $8 infrastructure fee, and a $46 overnight fee. I was also told the handling fee gets waived if you buy 10 gallons of gas. $84 for one overnight is pretty steep if you ask me. It'd be nice if all these fees were listed on ForeFlight somewhere.

Want to take a moment to give 5 stars to Caroline and the personnel at HXD Signature. We visit this spot often and are frequently short on time. The line crew always does a superb job of getting us fueled promptly, as well as assisting us get luggage loaded and unloaded from the rental vehicles that they have waiting on the ramp. Really doesn't get much better than that. Caroline inside is absolutely wonderful, and always does an amazing of job of making sure we have everything we require. Thank you team!

I called to check and they said the overnight charge for a Cessna 182 is $62 per night. I didn't even ask about the "handling" fee that other people have mentioned here. I was planning to fly in for a family vacation and leave the airplane there for a week, but $434 plus fuel and whatever other fees they decide to add is more than I'm willing to pay, purely on principle. I'll drive instead.

way too expensive-only go there if you're rich.

Made a two-hour stop in a piston twin and got charged a $68 ramp fee. Wouldn't recommend it, especially with the poor customer service.

We stopped in on March 1 in a 172 and got charged a $30 handling fee plus an $8 infrastructure fee. Handling fee would’ve been waived with 10 gal, but we didn’t do that. Crew car was there so we used it to get a bite- 2 hour limit. Staff was nice and friendly. Decent FBO setup - good coffee machine.

I'm in and out of hxd quite a bit so Signature has my card on file. I recently found out they billed me for an overnight while my plane was at the mx facility on the other side of the airport. Apparently they just observed my plane arrive overnight on flight aware and charged me. Not good.
