Absolutely horrendous experience. Worst FBO Experience Ever.

I had a good experience. Superb customer service. Raul and Luis go to great lengths to make pilots happy and comfortable. The facilities are not fancy, but highly functional. The lounge and water were ice cold and they had a (no-cost) private conference room with WiFi fast enough for videoconferences when weather changed my plans. You should know they charge a flat $75 for 5 days. Totally worth it for me because I needed an extra day anyway, but day trippers might object.

Good service. They are lightly staffed so there might be some searching or locked doors. They are constructing a fine FBO and I suspect service will keep getting better. I will use them again.

Modest, efficient and cordial FBO. Park in front of the office. Lightly staffed so call if no one is there and they will reply fast. Lyft/Uber easily arranged.

I just got charged $75 / night for ASEL - Insane - getting my plane out of there tomorrow.

Wow! Good experience with North Central! I’ve never been terribly fond of this airport, but it suited the bill for a recent trip. Between Syed’s hospitality over the phone & upon arrival and my learning of the Sheridan/Shoreline Departure (definitely worth looking up if you’re unfamiliar!), I have a renewed perspective of the airport. The FBO is quaint, but served our needs perfectly. Look forward to seeing them grow. I will certainly think North Central on future visits to the area!

Interesting, no frills assistance. I can see how North Perry Central could be quick for those who know the process, but it was puzzling for my initial visit there today. First off, there is nobody present - FBO is vacant, no line personnel waiting. However, there is a pilot lounge, restrooms etc that’s reachable by door pin pad. The method to obtain service/access is by calling; the manager will answer the phone, and then when finished will dispatch an electronic invoice by email (payable at your leisure online by card and Apple Pay) and provide you the gate code - this is good because honestly it always adds 20 minutes attempting to finalize payment at most FBOs. Also, park up front by the fuel price sign and tie down yourself; I made the error of parking elsewhere but they helpfully shifted the plane right up front. Lastly, it’s unfortunate that Enterprise doesn’t deliver to any FBOs at HWO anymore.
