OMG, this was the absolute worst operation. I went online and pre-registered our arrival. Once we got there, nobody answered the radio, no van, no staff, nothing. We sat there burning jet fuel and had no idea where to go. Then a follow-me van finally shows up with the weirdest hand signals I've ever seen. They didn't help with the luggage, pretty much just opened the door and stood there. Paid the ramp fee, grabbed a bite to eat at the great restaurant. Walked out to the aircraft since nobody was around, and left. Come on HND, you can do better.

Had a good experience here. Before flying in visit the website (https://hnd.aero) that answers most questions and submit a notice that you'll be arriving. The self serve island (100LL) is on the ramp abeam taxiway Echo. I self served my fuel, then taxied over to the piston tie down area just south of the fuel pump and just grabbed an open spot. The tie down spots are quite narrow, so wingtips are a bit too close too each other...I picked a spot farther out. Very friendly/helpful staff!

Fuel Delay - Poor Service (June 8, 2025) Called ahead on June 7 requesting a 100LL top-off and was told it would not be an issue. Arrived on June 8 and waited almost 4 hours for fuel. I was told it would be managed at shift change, which is totally unacceptable. This hold-up caused me to be late for work. FBO appears understaffed and not equipped to handle even basic GA needs effectively. Very disappointing time. Will be looking elsewhere in the future unless things get better.

CJ3+...awful service with minimal concern...1 hour delay for a tug and another 1+ hour delay for GPU. Good thing we landed the day before. Was told repeatedly that GPU was coming. Why was only 1 GPU being utilized when they have several units? Looks like we are moving to KLAS where there are 2 FBO's to select from. Have a call in for the FBO manager.

If you're in a single engine piston, plan on hoofing it. Shuttle is hit or miss... mostly miss. Overnight is $22. They'll waive one night if you buy 20 gallons. Nobody even asked about the PPR.

I also had a very good experience here. Had to park quite distant from the terminal in our Cardinal since there are LOTS of GA and light jet planes there, but someone in a van was right there to bring us in. I ordered fuel and departed. Arriving the next morning fueling was finished, no issue and friendly personnel throughout. I'm content.

Not sure why others are having troubles here. I parked my Bonanza in the tie downs, the van picked me up shortly after arriving. Ordered fuel at front desk and was fueled within 40 minutes. Friendly team. No problems. Self serve fuel island was functional and competitively priced.

Terrible fbo. Front desk lady kept informing us we were next in line for above an hour
