June 17, 2026Weather forced us to divert into HII for fuel. We arrived with no notice and they got us handled right away. Excellent customer service and line crew. Facility was clean, and they even urged us to grab complimentary bottled water. Great work! Cherokee

January 31, 2026We recently came into Havasu as part of a team trip. We were in and out of the FBO for just under 4 days straight. We've had a pretty rough experience with the other FBO on the airport, so Velocity was honestly amazing and totally changed what we expect from an FBO! Their staff is friendly and fun! If you want a place that's efficient, communicates well, and actually makes you feel like a priority, this is the FBO for you!

July 8, 2025Fuel has increased a lot recently, and there was nobody in the FBO by transient parking only a sign with a phone number to call. Woman on the phone was super nice and fuel was quick.
